A fanlisting is a list of fans from around the world who like a specfic thing, whether it's a band, a movie, a song, anything. In this case it's a character. This is corny jokes --- the fanlisting [approved by thefanlistings.org] for Jacen Solo/Darth Caedus! Join if you're a fan! You don't need a website or anything, you just have to be a fan!
